4-Stroke engines run quieter and idle smoother, allowing for a more pleasurable ride. They are safer for the economy with less pollution and smoke, and are better on fuel. They are accepted on all bodies of water. These engines are also very reliable.

The negative aspects of a 4 stroke engine are that they are more complex, which allows for more problems to arise. When repair is needed; it is more expensive, hard to find trained mechanics, and limited parts on the market. 4-Stroke engines are also less powerful 2-Stroke engines. Because they weigh more than 2-Stroke engines, they may be too heavy for some smaller boats.

You are most likely to use a 4 stroke engine if you are interested in trolling along on a quiet, smooth ride. These engines are better for use on bigger boats. If the water in your area requires a 4-Stroke only boat, it is probably a good idea to go with this engine. If you would rather give up engine speed and acceleration for a cleaner engine, you may want to purchase a 4-Stroke. Also, if you are interested in less pollution and smoke, and dont want to have to mix oil; a 4-Stroke engine is for you.

In the late stages of syphilis, Mr. Treponema pallidum attacks every organ of your body. It can make you blind, deaf, or crippled. It can stop your heart with time. It can destroy your nervous system.

During World War II, the military showed VD Films showing victims of syphilis in the late stages. The object was to promote the use of condoms and venereal disease prevention kits. The result was that it scared the hell out of the GIs.

If you have a sore of any kind in your genital areas, especially if the sore does NOT hurt, see a doctor at once. The sore called a chancre will go away but Mr. Treponema pallidum keeps chugging away. Later you may get a rash.

I recently attended a seminar, the theme of which was basically an investigation of where technology is going and are we likely to keep up with it.

Many things happened, many things were said and ultimately, society -- the perennial injured party in many topical issues of late -- got dragged kicking & screaming into the threaded conversation and was used as a convenient foil for any kind of well-intentioned defense of technology.

So here's my take on things: technology is not evil, nor is it good. Technology is needs-driven and is ultimately the product of a market niche being identified and then filled with one gadget or another to fulfill the needs of that market.

Whether success or failure is the reward for these efforts is another issue all together.

Now, I've no doubt any number of you will fill in the gaps in the above summary of the purpose of technology, but that doesn't matter. I'm not that precious, so if you feel you can fill it out, go for it.

For me, the meat & vegetables of this issue is that of technology being labeled as some kind of socially exclusionary device designed to further fragment our society.

6. If you're a smoker, quit. Doing so will relieve you of the many pains of skin disease, as well as many other pains, as well!

7. Get some exercise. A light workout will improve circulation and the skin's oxygen content, preventing dryness. It also promotes sweating, keeping pores clear from obstructions and bacteria. Exercising before the onset of acne is also a good idea to limit the chances and severity of a breakout.
